Use of service
You agree to use Flowguard responsibly and provide accurate information when running analyses and managing account data.
Educational and informational use only
Flowguard is a software tool that performs calculations, organizes user-provided information, and presents estimates, scenarios, scores, comparisons, and educational content. Flowguard does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, lending, appraisal, brokerage, or other professional advice or recommendations.
Flowguard is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, lender, appraiser, accountant, attorney, or fiduciary. Nothing produced by the service is an instruction or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, finance, refinance, renovate, rent, or otherwise enter into any transaction.
Estimates, assumptions, and generated outputs
All calculations and generated outputs depend on assumptions, user-provided inputs, third-party data, generalized formulas, and modeled scenarios. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
Labels, scores, grades, alerts, projections, reserve amounts, tax estimates, market data, and reports are analytical indicators only and do not guarantee qualification, profitability, savings, property value, rental income, tax treatment, financing availability, or future performance.
You are solely responsible for verifying inputs, independently evaluating every transaction, performing due diligence, and deciding whether and how to act. Before making financial, investment, legal, tax, lending, or real estate decisions, consult appropriately licensed professionals who understand your circumstances and jurisdiction.
No reliance or professional relationship
Your use of Flowguard does not create an advisory, fiduciary, professional, agency, partnership, or client relationship. You agree not to rely on Flowguard as the sole basis for a transaction or professional decision.
Risk acknowledgment
Real estate and financing decisions involve risk, including loss of principal, negative cash flow, unexpected expenses, financing changes, regulatory changes, and tax consequences. You assume responsibility for decisions made using information presented by Flowguard.
Plan access and billing
Feature access depends on your plan tier. Free, Starter, and Pro limits may change as documented in product pricing and account notices.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Starter subscribers may upgrade to Pro immediately, including after scheduling cancellation. An immediate upgrade reactivates the subscription when necessary and may result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period. To move from Pro to Starter, you must cancel Pro, wait until the current paid billing period ends and your account returns to Free, and then purchase Starter.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the subscription-management tools made available by Flowguard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain paid-plan access until that date, after which your account will return to the Free plan.
Subscription charges are non-refundable. Flowguard does not provide prorated refunds, credits, or reimbursements for unused time remaining in a billing period, including when you cancel before the period ends.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowguard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowguard and its operators will not be liable for losses, damages, costs, claims, or liabilities arising from reliance on calculations, estimates, scores, reports, third-party data, generated content, service interruptions, or decisions and transactions made using the service.
